Request a Quote

As our tours vary in pricing depending on the season, the number of people, and special requests, we kindly request that you make a quote request. You can do this by using our Booking Enquiry form. You can also find this by visiting our "Contact" page from the Main Menu. We provide quick responses to all quote requests and our prices are very competitive in the market.

Complete Booking Form

Once you are completely satisfied with the pricing and request tour package, we will send you a form to complete and return to us. Along with this form, a non-refundable deposit* will be required to finalize the booking process. Our payment information is below. You can also find additional information in our Terms and Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

Once we receive the Booking form and Deposit, we will send you a Booking Confirmation email with all your Trip Details along with an invoice showing the total costs with the remaining balance. This will be due upon arrival to Kathmandu. Please read our Terms and Conditions details on cancellations or date changes.

*Regarding the Payment

Provide us a photocopy of your passport and 25% of trip cost as a deposit while booking your trip with us. The deposit amount is non- refundable.

The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you set out for your Meditation, Tour & Trekking.  Also, BMS reserves the right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within our specified time.

If you prefer payment through credit card, please download, print and complete the Credit Card Authorization and email it as an attachment to info@bmsadventuresnepal.com

For credit card payments, 4% extra will be levied as a credit card processing fee.
