Trekkers who want to skip crowds, witness amazing and incredible natural views, and explore local village and culture would find this to be the perfect option. Considered one of the more easier treks, this tour is off the beaten path and close to Kathmandu Valley. Soak in the scenery with distant mountain views, amazing landscapes and sun-kissed hills rich with cultural treasures. Comparatively, this region gets fewer tourists and as a result has been able to maintain its mystique.
We make this journey even more memorable and fruitful by incorporating Yoga and Meditation into this natural wonderland. This trek can also be accomplished within a short span of time.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu Airport, you will be welcomed and picked up by one of our BMS representatives who will transport you to your hotel. Today you will not have any special program but to enjoy your free time, explore, and relax. If you wish, you may join normal Yoga and meditation in the evening. Day 02: Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani (2300 mtr.) 5-6 hours walk
Your day begins with early morning Yoga session and breakfast. After breakfast, we will embark to the next destination. It is approximately a one hour drive from the hotel to Sundarijal. From Sundarijal, we will start to hike crossing through Shivapuri National Park. We will arrive into Chispani. We will have relaxation and Mediation in the evening with the fresh mountain air. Day 03: Chisapnai - Kutumsanga (2446 mtr.) 6-7 hours walk
Your first Yoga session in the mountains will be held in the morning. After having wonderful Yoga session, you will be welcomed to breakfast. After breakfast, we will set out for our next destination. At first, we descend down and get the plain trekking trail that cross wonderful fields. You will encounter many rural villages enroute to Kutumsanga. After walking around 6-7 hours, we will reach our destination. Before dinner you will join in Yoga Class. Overnight at Guest House. Day 04: Kutumsang - Tharepati 6 (3650 mtr.) 5-6 hours walk
Your day will start with a Yoga session in the beautiful mountain air. Next, we will enjoy with breakfast, and embark for Therepati. Walking uphill we will be passing through rhododendron and fir forests where at one point (Yuring Danda) we can have wonderful Himalayan vistas as the highlight of the day. We conclude our day with relaxation Yoga and Meditation in the evening. Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.
Day 05: Tharepati - Melamchi Gaun. 3-4 hours walk
Before breakfast, as usual, you will have wonderful yoga session. Then, again we set out for journey for the next place. From Tharepati, we will ascend the steep terrain all the way through pine and rhododendron forests. On the way, there will be inspiring and captivating views of mountains, hills and landscapes that will make our day complete. After 3-4 hours walking, we conclude our hike. Day 06: Melamchi Gaun - Tarke Ghayang (2743 mtrs. ) 4-5 hours walk
Another exciting and lovely day begins with your soulful and mindful yoga class in the morning. After breakfast, we start towards our next destination. We’ll be walking uphill, downhill, traversing rivers and through many striking and beautiful Sherpa settlements of which hold the largest and oldest monastery. When we reach our destination, another significant and lovely day will close up with our evening relaxation yoga and mediation program. Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.
Day 07: Tarke Ghayang - Sermathang. 4-5 hours
Yoga session is our first and foremost task of the day. After breakfast, we will check out from hotel, and have a relatively easier hiking day. Green Lush forest, waterfalls, streams, Buddhist Monastery and many more are the highlights today. You will even have an opportunity to explore and learn Sherpa culture and trading during the day. Day 08: Sermathang - Melmachi Pul 3-4 hours walking and drive back to Kathmandu by 3-4 hours drive
Your final Yoga session in mountain will be held this morning. This day offers you several views and programs. After walking easy 3-4 hours walking from Sermthang, we will reach Melamchu pul (bridge) from where we can find our car/bus waiting to bring us back to Kathmandu. The driving time will be approximately 2 hours. This evening will be very memorable as we will take you to an authentic Nepali Restaurant for a wonderful farewell dinner. Overnight at hotel. B.B. Day 09: Departure Day.
