Day 01: Kathmandu.
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal, you will be cordially and humbly greeted by our BMS airport representative. We will transport you directly to your hotel to check in and get settled. After check-in, we will hold a briefing about your complete program. Depending your arrival time in Kathmandu or if you wish, we will start your yoga session in the evening. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 02: Kathmandu Heritage sites Tour and drive to Nagarkot.
Your actual program starts from today’s early morning Yoga class. Our 1.5-hour yoga session will include body stretching, yoga postures, breathing technique and plenty more depending on your experience. Then you will go for a buffet breakfast.
After breakfast, we get ready to visit UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu. These are the listed places:
Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square: This place is literally known as the Kathmandu Durbar Square. The main attraction of this area is 17/18th-century palace architecture with incredible artifacts, living goddess-Kumari and Pagoda or Nepali style Hindu temple are the highlights of this area.

Syowambhunath Temple: This temple is famously known as the Monkey temple among the foreigners. It is situated at the top of the hill, from where we can have the complete view of Kathmandu valley and panoramic mountain views if the weather is clear.
Moreover, This place is related to the origin of Kathmandu valley. It is a special pilgrimage site for Buddhists and the grandiose Buddhist Stupa is the main monument of this premises.

Boudhnath Stupa: This is another Buddhist Pilgrimage site and imposing landmark of Kathmandu. It is also commonly known as the Mini Tibet as well as having many surrounding monasteries. The Stupa is regarded as the largest stupa in southern Asia.

Pasupatinath Temple: One of the Hindu Pilgrimage sites of Nepal dedicated to Lord Shiva-God of Gods, enlisted in world heritage sites. The most interesting thing to see for the foreigners is the live cremation center.

After completing our sightseeing in Kathmandu, we will drive to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is popular for its sunrise and sunset view. If possible we will try to catch the sunset view as well. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 03: Nagarkot - Bhaktapur Sightseeing and Drive to Namobuddha.
Your day starts with your early morning wake up to view the stunning sunrise and close mountain ranges. Getting first rays of the sun will energize and revitalize yourself alongside your morning Yoga session. With the fresh and stillness of the surrounding air, we start yoga session connecting our body, mind, and soul (BMS).
After Yoga, a hot and delicious breakfast will be waiting for you. Then we check out from the hotel and drive to Bhaktapur for sightseeing.

Bhaktapur: Enlisted in World Heritage site and known as the city of devotees. The main attraction would be four squares: Dattatraye Square, Taumadi Square having tallest Hindu temple, Pottery square and Durbar Square. We will have an opportunity to explore and see the immaculate perfection of wood carving, glorious architecture, Pagoda style sky high temple, fine clay pottery and Colossal royal courtyards with exotic architectural buildings. After that, we drive to Namobuddha.

Namobuddha: This is the Buddhist pilgrimage site, located on the hill. We join with Buddhist monks for their prayers time. You can also have a deep meditation during the prayers time. Further, we will have the same dinner in the monastery of what the Monks have. Overnight at Guest House owned by Monastery.

Day 04: Namobuddha - Kathmandu via Patan Durbar Square.
Your day starts with your morning prayers with Monks. After prayers, we will have breakfast with them. Afterward, we visit some significant monuments around the Monastery. Even Namobuddha offers magical panoramic mountain views, wide valley, impressive village and pleasant sceneries. After having some quality time there, we return back to Kathmandu.

On the way back to Kathmandu we visit Patan Durbar Square.

Patan Durbar Square: Like Bhaktapur and Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan is another Durbar square from 16/17th century. It was a different kingdom. It is also called Lalitpur-city of beauty. It’s unique and incredible artifacts, temples, allay, cuisine, hospitality and many more justify the prehistoric status of the city. It’s a paradise for art lovers.

Evening back to the hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 05: Drive to Bandipur via Gorkha Durbar Square.
As usual, your day starts with your early morning Yoga session. Then we move for breakfast. After breakfast, we set our journey to Bandipur. On the way, we will have a quick and significant visit to Gorkha Durbar square-The birthplace of King Prithivi Naryan Shah, the founder of Nepal. After that, we continue our journey to Bandipur- a tiny Himalaya hillock. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 06: Early Morning visit Authentic and exotic Newari Bandipur village and drive to Pokhara.
Early Morning Yoga is conducted in the serene atmosphere of the hilltop settlement -Bandipur. We energize ourselves with Yoga and magnificent view of Annapurna and Manaslu Himalayan range. After breakfast, we explore the Bandipur village. It feels that modernity has not touched yet and Newari town with its old age flavor remains still intact. Newari Culture, architecture and its environment is an absolutely pleasant and momentous visit.

After visiting, we drive to Pokhara. Upon check into our hotel, we will take an evening stroll along the Lakeside. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 07: Pokhara Sightseeing
Today we start our day with mindful and soulful Yoga with the view of Annapurna ranges. Pokhara is a clean, beautiful and peaceful city with many lakes. Among them, Fewa lake is a popular one and Tourist hub is close to the lakeside. After having quality yoga class, we will have a breakfast. Then, we start sightseeing in Pokhara. The highlights of this day will be Peace Stupa, Gupteshowr cave, Davis fall and boating in Fewa lake. Today we will have relaxation and wonderful meditation in the evening. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 08: Sarangkot Sunrise and Drive to Tansen, Shrinagar
Today we wake up early morning for Sarangkot, to experience the sunrise and Annapurna Himalayan range. You will have a lovely morning after you get to Sarangkot. Having the opportunity of a lifetime, we will take in the incredible sunrise with the whole Annapurna Himalayan range serving as a backdrop. We get back to our hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, we embark on our next destination. After an approximate 4-5 hour drive from Pokhara, we will be in Tansen, a headquarters of Palpa district. There is an ancient hill called Shrinagar, where we will have an overnight stay. This is an ideal place for our overnight stay from where we can have a picturesque sunset view of the endless Himalayan range of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu as well.

Day 09: Drive to Lumbini and Sightseeing.
You will be waking up by the first ray of sun. Splendid sunrise can be experienced from your room. Also, the hotel’s complete Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu range can’t be ignored.

After having a delightful breakfast we set our journey to our next place, Lumbini. Around lunch time we will be there and visit the important monasteries and Maydevi Temple-Birthplace of Lord Buddha. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 10: Drive to Chitwan
Mediation in the birthplace of Lord Buddha will be the exceptional value and it solely remains peace, harmony all around the globe. After blissful Yoga and Meditation, we start to have breakfast and check out from the hotel for our next destination, Chitwan. When we get there, we will have lunch and start our 2 nights/3 days Chitwan package tour. You will arrive at the hotel around lunchtime.  We will have Lunch, go on the Tharu Village Tour, and have a Tharu Cultural program with stick dance in the evening and dinner. Full board meal.

Day 11: Chitwan

Wake up Call, Breakfast, Canoeing, Bird’s watching, Jungle Walk, Jeep Safari & Dinner Overnight at the hotel with full board meal.

Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu
We wrap our tour and get ready to back Kathmandu. Around 6-7 hours driving from Chitwan we will arrive in Kathmandu. This evening we offer farewell dinner at a Typical Nepali Restaurant with a live cultural program. Overnight at the hotel with bed and breakfast.

Day 13: Shopping and Relaxation day in Kathmandu.
You don’t have any special program today. You can visit and stroll around the Thamel- the touristic hub of Kathmandu, where you can do shopping and much more. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 14: Departure
It’s time for our tour has come to an end. We will provide you transfer to the airport for your onward destination or return home.
