This is considered heaven on earth for trekkers, climbers, outdoor enthusiasts, and yoga lovers as well.  Absolute, incredible and majestic peaks, towering and sun-kissed green hills, Amazing landscapes, picturesque Sherpa villages, vibrant culture and Nepali traditions are the highlights of this trip. Nepal is the land of Yoga and Yogis. It’s a unique, memorable, and opportunity to have personal growth through Outdoor Yoga with gentle ups and down hiking in the Himalayas. Also, finding inner peace in this divine and serene ambiance would be a lifetime experience reserved for the unmatched natural beauty of Nepal.

Day 01: Kathmandu (1350m.)

After you land in Kathmandu Airport our BMS representative will welcome and greet you, then drive you to the hotel. Once you check in hotel, you will have free and relaxation time after your long flight. You will have a trip briefing to explain the program in the evening time. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any last-minute questions you may have. Overnight at hotel inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2840m.) Trek to Phakding (2610m.)

As you will have an early morning flight, we will not have any pre-trip yoga session in Kathmandu. We rise early, have breakfast and head to the airport. After a 30 minute scenic flight to Lukla, we start hiking and reach Phakding after 3-4 hours walking.

After you reach your guest house for the night, we will have our first Yoga session in the lap of Himalayas. This will be a great opportunity for relaxation and to refresh yourself. Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.

Day 03: Phakding - Namche Bazar (3440m.) 5-6 hours walking

Today is a great day for the Yoga Lovers and Trekkers.  With mountain fresh air and scenery, we will be conducting a Yoga and Meditation class around 1.5 hours. Once you conclude your Yoga class, a Hot tea, and warm mountain breakfast will be waiting for you. After breakfast, we will set out for our next destination. At the beginning of the hike, we follow the Dudh Koshi River, going up through Himalayan pine forests and traversing suspension bridges, until we reach Namche Bazar. We will be walking 5-6 hours today.

Namche is an extremely popular, splendid Himalayan town called the “Gateway of Everest”. Also, this village is known as the administrative hub of the entire Khumbu region. Charming and impressive settlements offers a glimpse of Everest and other towering nearby peaks. We wrap our day with Relaxation Yoga in the evening.  Overnight at Guest House.  Full Board Plan.

Day 04: Acclimatization Day (Hike to Everest View Hotel for the panoramic view then return back to the hotel) 4-5 hours walk

Your beautiful day starts with your Body, Mind and Soulful Yoga in the early morning.  We then have a warm breakfast and begin an acclimatization hike. This day is a relaxing day focused on hiking up and sleeping back in Namche to allow our bodies to acclimate to the altitude. Our destination for today will be to walk up to the Everest View Hotel to witness the magnificent and legendary view of Mount Everest as well as Lhotse, Ama Damlam and several others of the highest peaks. On the way back you can visit Sherpa Cultural museum and Everest Photo Gallery as well. Once back to the hotel, we will find time to enjoy a soft and relaxing yoga and meditation session. Day 05: Namche – Tengboche (3860m.) 4-5 hours walk

This morning’s Yoga session will revitalize and rejuvenate you and your life. After breakfast, we start our journey to next destination.  Going downhill and walking along with Dudh Koshi River, views of Mt. Everest award you throughout your day. After walking 4-5 hours, will be in Tengboche, our maximum elevation for this trip. Here, we can explore the local Sherpa customs and traditions. The must-see place would be Tengbouche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu region. Refresh and Relaxation Yoga session will make our day complete. Overnight at Guest House. Day 06: Tengboche - Manjo (2835m.) 5-6 hours walk.

Your first sight will be mountains when you wake up. When we combine Yoga with this unparalleled natural beauty, it creates positive vibes and mindset within. After having deep and soulful yoga, we will move for breakfast. You will have momentous experience, having breakfast with the Himalayan views.

After breakfast, we will get ready to descend down. After walking 4-5 hours walking, will get into Manjo. In the evening, our regular Yoga class will be on our schedule. Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.

Day: 07: Manjo - Lukla (2840m.) 4-5 hours walk.

After having a lovely, amazing and probably last Yoga session in Mountains, you will enjoy your warm breakfast. Then, we begin our trek to Lukla. After 4-5 hours walking, we will be at our destination. If you wish you may join Yoga Class, otherwise, you may take a rest and relax as it will be last evening in mountains. Day 08: Fly back to Kathmandu (1350m.)

It’s time to say goodbye to the home of highest peaks. Our flight is typically in the morning (weather pending) and as a result, we will probably not be able to conduct yoga class this morning. We will be ready to take our flight back to Kathmandu. After our 30 minutes flight back to Kathmandu we will provide transport back to the Hotel. Please enjoy your time, take a rest, shop, and explore Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel. B.B. Plan.

Day 09: Departure

Today we will drive to the airport to see you off. We hope you had an experience that resonates deep within you and provides you with a balance and positive vibes as we bid farewell. We hope you have a nice and safe flight back to your home or onward destination. We will be looking forward to seeing you again. Hope you had a wonderful time during your stay in Nepal.
