Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Capital city of Nepal.
This day would be your first day in your Himalayan country of Nepal. Upon your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu a BMS representative will warmly greet and welcome you with garland. We will transport you from the airport to the hotel for check-in. This afternoon we will have a briefing session about your entire trekking and Yoga package program. Overnight at hotel, B.B. Plan.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara by Tourist Bus. 6-7 Hour drive
Today, you will set out on your journey to Pokhara, the 2nd largest city and touristic destination after Kathmandu. You will enjoy the serpentine highway, drive along the Trishuli River, amazing hills and landscapes along the drive. Upon arrival, we will check into the hotel. Before your dinner, you will have a relaxation Yoga and meditation to stretch your body. This evening, we will stroll around the Lakeside Area. Overnight at Hotel. B. B. Plan.
Day 03: Drive to Phedi and easy hike up to Dhampus.
Your day starts with your early morning Yoga session in awe-inspiring ambiance with Yoga and Meditation including stretching body, some Yoga Postures, breathing technique, and meditation. We will enjoy breakfast and set out for our next destination. We will drive to Phedi by private car and start an easy hike to Dhampus. In the evening you will have your first Yoga session in the mountains with a gorgeous view of the Annapurna Himalayan Range. We conclude our day with dinner. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D. Plan.
Day 04: Trek to Landruk.
Like the previous day, you will start your day with Yoga. The combination of yoga and the morning mountain air will refresh and energize your body. Also, the spectacular mountain views and hills will surely make your time more meaningful and pleasant. After breakfast, we start to hike. It’s an easy hike day walking mostly on the flat way. Evening Relaxation and Mediation before your dinner time. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D. Plan.
Day 05: Trek to Ghandruk
When you wake up, Annapurna South and Himchuli will be waiting to welcome and say good morning to you. The two magnificent views will be in front of your eyes. Therefore, your Yoga session will be conducted with the view of these mountains. Enjoy your hot and delicious breakfast with the incredible scenes and Ghandruk, in front of you but the next hill. After breakfast, we will hike down to Modi River, cross the bridge and hike uphill to Ghandruk. Gurung is an ethnic group of Nepal with one of the impressive and biggest Gurung village in the Annapurna region. Overnight at Guest House. Full Board Plan.
Day 06: Trek down to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara.
Today, more magnificent mountains will be waiting to welcome you. When you wake up, Annapurna South, Himchuli, and Machhapuchre will be staring at you. These three mountains will make your day. Yoga Session will be started with these amazing views, revitalizing you to the core. We will enjoy a Ghandruk Breakfast with these superb and brilliant views. You may next visit the Cultural Museum and old Ghandruk Village after your breakfast. Back to Guest House and get ready to hike down to Nayapul and after 3-4 hours hike down to Nayapul, you will drive back to Pokhara. Overnight at Hotel. B.B. Plan.
Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu,
We will drive back to Kathmandu by Tourist bus, which takes 6-7 hours approximately. This afternoon and evening are free, however, we will be having our farewell dinner at an authentic Nepali Restaurant with a live cultural program and performance. Overnight at Hotel. B.B. Plan
Day 08: Departure.
Today, we will transport you to the airport for your onward destination or return home. We wish you a safe and wonderful journey and hope to see you soon for next trip to Nepal. Farewell!
